Although everyone experiences grief differently, we’re similar enough that we can usually address those emotions together and in a constructive manner.
Bereavement services, including emotional support groups, are very helpful for many families and caregivers who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Support groups open up a space for emotional and spiritual healing while connecting with others who have also experienced the loss of a loved one. No one should have to experience their grief alone.
